The deadline to submit an abstract is January 31, 2017. Submitting authors are not required to be primary authors. However, please list all authors on the submission form. The submitting author will receive all correspondence related to abstract submission, acceptance and general information regarding the conference.

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

Consideration will be given to abstracts that address the themes above. The Abstract Submission Form will ask you to select the theme that most accurately corresponds to the content of your abstract. However, this selection does not represent the final placement of any presentation.

The Abstract Submission Form will ask you to select your presentation format preference, either as a speaker or in the poster session.

The Abstract Title shall be no more than 300 characters, and the Abstract Text shall be no more than 2,000 characters. All authors must be listed. The Form will ask you to select three to five significant keywords that describe the content of the abstract.

Abstract submissions will be considered based on the Title and Text. However, if authors wish to submit supporting materials, a file upload option is available. Acceptable supporting documents include:

  • The full paper corresponding to the abstract
  • Figures, graphs, and/or tables corresponding to the abstract

File types for supporting materials are only accepted in PDF format. No more than three files may be submitted.

The Abstract Submission Form does not offer an option to save and complete at a later time. Please be prepared to complete the entire Form in one session.
